Long time <\/span>ZONE<\/b> readers know that one of my biggest pleasures as a kid was staying up late and watching <\/span>scary movies<\/b> and <\/span>tv shows<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I still get a kick out ’em.<\/p>\n

You can imagine how much I enjoy it when the Scifi channel<\/b> runs it’s Twilight Zone marathon<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Starting at 11PM<\/b> tomorrow night and running until 4AM<\/b> on the 5th<\/b>, you can tune in and watch the classic<\/b> Twilight Zone<\/b> episodes from the 60’s<\/b>. While I doubt that many of us will last for all 29 hours<\/b>, there are many episodes worth checking out, including two of my favorites<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The first, “Terror at 20,000 Feet” <\/b>involves a man [played by William Shatner<\/b>] who has just been released from a mental institution<\/b>.<\/p>\n

On a plane ride home he sees a creature<\/b> on the wing of the plane trying to destroy the engine<\/b>… but no one else sees it.<\/b> He knows it’s out there, but everyone believes that he’s having another breakdown…<\/p>\n

The second is called “To Serve Man.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Aliens arrive on Earth<\/b> and all indications are they came in peace… but do they really?<\/p>\n

Even if you can’t watch them all [and who can?], maybe you can plan to tune in to see an old favorite<\/b> or one you’ve never seen before<\/b>.<\/p>\n

I know that I will…<\/p>\n

And for just a little while I’ll be a kid again, up on the couch hoping that someone else besides me and Bill Shatner<\/b> sees the creature on the wing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
