Remember when<\/b><\/a> I told you that I thought that <\/span>Mariah Carey<\/b> looked like she had<\/span> painted on her abs<\/b> for her <\/span>4th of July Macey’s<\/b> performance? <\/span><\/p>\n

I thought it was just a funny little item <\/b>and was surprised when it was picked up <\/b>here <\/b>and <\/b>a bunch of other places<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The July 25, 2005<\/b> issue of US Weekly<\/a> <\/b> even has the story in it’s This Minute You Want to Know About <\/b>section.<\/p>\n

The piece, Did Mariah Fake Her Six-Pack?<\/b> brings everyone up to speed: “Sure, Mariah Carey<\/b>‘s back on top of the charts<\/b>, but who knew her stomach muscles were also making a comeback<\/b>?” The author then asks a make-up expert<\/b> and a rep for Mariah Carey<\/b> to weigh in on the subject.<\/p>\n

The <\/span>make-up artist<\/b> [<\/span>Sally Blenkey-Tchasova<\/b>, owner of one of the places that started the whole “spray-on” craze] was quoted as saying, “It looks like <\/span>she was helped by make-up or air-brush tanning<\/b>. Even if a woman is really ripped, <\/span>abs are generally not that symmetrical<\/b>.”<\/span><\/p>\n

You’re probably as surprised as I am<\/b> [meaning not very<\/b>], that Mariah’s rep<\/b> denies<\/b> that the abs are fake without every really saying their not<\/b>. “This is ridiculous. She has been eating right and working out for three hours a day. Mariah<\/b> has never looked or felt better.<\/p>\n

The picture to the right<\/b> was taken about three weeks before<\/b> the one at the top of this post. So, ZONErs<\/b>… what do you think?<\/p>\n
