I caught the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">first episode<\/span> [after watching <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">seasons 2 and 3<\/span>] last night.  <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">In case you haven&#8217;t heard of it, <\/span><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Celebrity Fit Club<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"> follows <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">eight B<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">C list &#8220;celebrities&#8221;<\/span> as they try to l<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">oose weight<\/span> by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">dieting, exercise and friendly competitions<\/span>.  No one gets voted off the show, the competitions aren&#8217;t that dramatic [or competitive], and the prizes are usually things like weekends at a spa or exercise equipment.  I usually tune out before the conclusion of each episode when they all get on a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">giant scale<\/span> to see which team lost the most weight.  The reason that I fade before the show does is that the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">giant scale weigh-in <\/span>of all cast memebers is anti-climatic.  We already know which team lost the most weight.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">So&#8230; if the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">celebs<\/span> aren&#8217;t that famous, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">competitions<\/span> aren&#8217;t all that competitive, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">prizes<\/span> aren&#8217;t all that grand and the conclusion of each show is anti-climatic, you&#8217;re probably wondering why I tune in.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">I guess it&#8217;s because I know <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">how hard it can be<\/span> for many [most] folks to loose weight.  I find myself pulling for most of them to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">loose enough weight <\/span>to reach their goals&#8230; and maybe win that <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">weekend at the spa<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone watching VH1&#8217;s Celebrity Fit Club 4?
