\"\"<\/a>I finally got a chance to post up some of the art that I picked up at this year’s Heroes Con<\/span>. Let’s take a look…<\/span>Sly Stallone by Rick Remender<\/span><\/a>. I’ve been a fan of Rick’s work<\/span> for years. He’s that rare talent<\/span> that can write and draw<\/span> and he does both very well. Check out his <\/span>bio<\/a> and you’ll be amazed at all of the cool things that he’s worked on. Check out <\/span>his site<\/span><\/a> and you’ll become a fan [if you’re not already]. Now if Rick <\/span>could just find time to get around to <\/span>The Last Days of American Crime<\/span><\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n

Rambo by Megan Ruiz<\/span><\/a>. Can you believe that Megan<\/span> just turned 14<\/span> and she can already draw like that? Of course her dad is Alberto Ruiz<\/span> so we know where she gets her talent. Not only can the young lady draw, but she is one of the nicest and most polite<\/span> people you’ll ever meet. It was a true pleasure to get a drawing from her.<\/p>\n

Cosmo Carboni by Robin Mitchell<\/span><\/a>. I discovered Robin<\/span> through Alberto’s site<\/span><\/del> and Robin’s blog<\/span><\/a>. I dug his art enough to pick up his first art book<\/span> and was thrilled to get an original sketch from him. Robin<\/span> has a second art book<\/span> out and you can get both HERE<\/span><\/del>.<\/p>\n

Rocky Balboa by Kyle Baker<\/span><\/a>. Kyle Baker<\/span> is an amazing talent with a wicked sense of humor<\/span>, mad drawing skills<\/span>, storytelling<\/span> that just sucks you in… let’s simplify life and call him a genius<\/span>. Check out Kyle’s site<\/span><\/a> and you’ll get a taste of what I’m talking about.<\/p>\n

Rocky Balboa by Andrew Robinson<\/span><\/a>. Andrew Robinson<\/span> is an artist’s artist<\/span>. When he starts to draw or paint, other artists gather round. I met Andrew<\/span> years ago through my good buddy John Beatty<\/span><\/a>. It was obvious then how much talent Andrew<\/span> possessed… and he just keeps getting better and better. Andrew<\/span> will have an art book coming out soon. Save some coin, because it’s a “must have” item.
