Sean Connery suggested that Bay \u201cneeded to rehearse more and just slow down in the morning,\u201d and the director took the advice.<\/p>\n<p>33. Cage was concerned that he \u201clooked like a little Japanese schoolboy\u201d in his SCUBA gear while the other actors all looked cool. Bay admits to intentionally making him look ridiculous.<\/p>\n<p>39. It took a while for Bay to convince both Cage and Connery to go underwater while flames blasted above the surface at the 1:22:40 mark, but both actors eventually agreed.
