  5. Clockers, Richard Price (1992)<\/li>\n
  6. Watchmen, Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons (1986-87)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Wow. That’s pretty bad, I guess. I’ve only read six <\/span>out of EW’s top 100.<\/span> So I have to ask, where is Charlie Huston’s Hank Thompson Trilogy<\/span>? How about Dirty White Boys<\/span> by Stephen Hunter<\/span>? LA Rex<\/span> by Will Beal<\/span>? Cain<\/span> by James Byron Huggins<\/span>? Critical Space<\/span> by Greg Rucka<\/span>? The Blonde<\/span> by Duane<\/span> Swiercznski<\/span><\/span>? And don’t get me started on graphic novels<\/span>: The Dark Knight Returns<\/span> by Miller and Janson<\/span> — Batman: Year One<\/span> by Miller and Mazzucchelli<\/span> — The Punisher<\/span> graphic novels by Grant, Zeck and Beatty<\/span>…
