Taylor Sanders and ComingSoon<\/a> posted the 10 Best Dwayne The Rock<\/em> Johnson Movies<\/a>.\u00a0 Usually with posts like this, I use just the choices in their top ten and list my three favorites.\u00a0 Not this time.<\/p>\n

I think Sanders really missed the mark.\u00a0 My two favorite Dwayne Johnson movies didn’t even make his top ten!\u00a0 So, without further adu, here are my top three movies starring The Rock<\/p>\n

\u00a01.\u00a0 The Rundown<\/em> – Johnson plays a man sent to the jungles of the Amazon to bring back a rich man’s son but finds himself caught up in a fight for a lost treasure.\u00a0 Also starring Sean William Scott, Rosario Dawson and Christopher Walken.\u00a0 Directed by Peter Berg.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u00a02.\u00a0 Faster<\/em> – The Rock plays Driver, a just-released ex-con out to kill the crime partners that murdered his brother and left him for dead.\u00a0 Billy Bob Thorton and\u00a0Carla Gugino play cops trying to catch Driver before he kills again… and\u00a0Oliver Jackson-Cohen plays a hitman hired to kill Driver.\u00a0 Faster<\/em> deserves more love than it gets.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

3.\u00a0 Fast Five<\/em> – This was Johnson’s first outing as Hobbs for The Fast and the Furious<\/em> franchise.\u00a0 Johnson has been excellent in each outing but since this was his first appearance it is the one I went with.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
