We see the number 42 early on \u2014 and will see it in the film again \u2014 and it\u2019s a reference to Miles Morales\u2019 (Shameik Moore) origin story involving a lottery that landed him at his elite prep school. It was also Jackie Robinson\u2019s jersey number, but \u201cit has nothing to do with Douglas Adams.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

9. It was Ramsay\u2019s idea to hold off on the visual comic language \u2014 word bubbles, panels, etc. \u2014 until Miles is bitten by the spider.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
