The Overview:<\/span> Hancock<\/span> [Will Smith<\/span>] is a super hero<\/span> with a bad attitude<\/span>. Of course you\u2019d probably be a bit grumpy if you didn\u2019t have any friends or relatives, didn\u2019t know anything about your past, didn\u2019t know how you got your powers and felt unappreciated for your good deeds. All of that changes when Hancock<\/span> meets Ray<\/span> [Jason Bateman<\/span>] and his wife, Mary<\/span> [Charlize Theron<\/span>]. To say more would be to say too much.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Good:<\/span> Will Smith<\/span>, isn’t he always? Jason Bateman<\/span>. The story had some interesting plot twists<\/span> — some which you can see coming and others that surprise.<\/span><\/span> The Ugly:<\/span> What happens to the two guys in prison who push Hancock<\/span> just a bit too far. Yeech!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Summary:<\/span> \u201cHancock\u201d<\/span> isn\u2019t a great film, but it\u2019s much better than I thought it would be and there\u2018s a lot worse ways to spend an hour and a half.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Overview: Hancock [Will Smith] is a super hero with a bad attitude. \nThe Bad:<\/span> The advertising<\/span> for \u201cHancock\u201d<\/span> — I had no desire to see this when it was at theaters, but heard some good things later from those who\u2019d seen it on dvd. There is much more to this movie than the trailers would have you believe! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
