Variety has reported<\/strong> that Mickey Rourke<\/strong> has signed on to co-star in Sly Stallone\u2019s<\/strong> action flick, \u201cThe Expendables.\u201d<\/strong> Rourke<\/strong> will join Sly, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren<\/strong> and Forrest Whitaker<\/strong> in what many are calling the can\u2019t miss movie of the coming year.\u00a0 The National Post<\/strong> even published an article today with the title: \u201cEarly Prediction: Stallone\u2019s The Expendables will be the greatest action movie of all time.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Defamer.com also has an interesting [and positive] article on<\/strong> \u201cThe Expendables.\u201d<\/strong> Here are a few quotes:<\/p>\n

You gotta love it.\u00a0 Rourke <\/strong>and Stallone<\/strong> together again on the big screen.\u00a0 Yeah, we did want more.\u00a0 And, yeah, we\u2019re getting it.\u00a0 It\u2019s also interesting to note that the author of the piece must consider Sly<\/strong> a \u201creal director.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n
