Audrey Fox at \/Film created her list of The 20 Best Zombie Movies Of All Time<\/a>.\u00a0 Using just her list here are my top five (in alpha order):<\/p>\n

28 days later<\/em>: Purists will argue that this isn’t a true zombie movie.\u00a0 Instead of arguing, I’d just watch it again!<\/p>\n

Dawn of the Dead<\/em> (2004): Has one of the best opening scenes of any zombie movie (except for World War Z<\/em>) and I love that Fox acknowledges that in her article!<\/p>\n

Night of the Living Dead<\/em>: The original by George Romero that kickstarted the zombie renaissance.<\/p>\n

Overlord<\/em>: Zombies and WW2 mash-up.\u00a0 Another that some will argue isn’t a true zombie movie.\u00a0 Again, I say, “Rewatch\u00a0 instead of arguing.”<\/p>\n

Train to Busan<\/em>:\u00a0 A modern classic.\u00a0 More people should see this film!<\/p>\n

Some films on her list that didn’t make mine but are good: Shaun of the Dead,<\/em>\u00a0Zombieland <\/em>and The Dead Don’t Die<\/em>.\u00a0 They’re funny and worth a view, but when the dead start to rise, I prefer scary to funny. (I still want to see Little Monsters<\/em>!)<\/p>\n
