The new film reunites original stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss in the iconic roles they made famous, Neo and Trinity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The film also stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (the <em>\u201cAquaman\u201d<\/em> franchise) Jessica Henwick (TV\u2019s <em>\u201cIron Fist,\u201d \u201cStar Wars: Episode VII \u2013 The Force Awakens\u201d<\/em>), Jonathan Groff (<em>\u201cHamilton,\u201d TV\u2019s \u201cMindhunter\u201d<\/em>), Neil Patrick Harris (<em>\u201cGone Girl\u201d<\/em>), Priyanka Chopra Jonas (TV\u2019s <em>\u201cQuantico,\u201d<\/em>), Christina Ricci (TV\u2019s <em>\u201cEscaping the Madhouse: The Nellie Bly Story,\u201d \u201cThe Lizzie Borden Chronicles\u201d<\/em>), Telma Hopkins (TV\u2019s <em>\u201cDead to Me,\u201d<\/em>), Er\u00e9ndira Ibarra (series <em>\u201cSense8,\u201d \u201cIngobernable\u201d<\/em>), Toby Onwumere (TV\u2019s <em>\u201cEmpire\u201d<\/em>), Max Riemelt (series <em>\u201cSense8\u201d<\/em>), Brian J. Smith (series <em>\u201cSense8,\u201d \u201cTreadstone\u201d<\/em>), and Jada Pinkett Smith (<em>\u201cAngel Has Fallen,\u201d<\/em> TV\u2019s <em>\u201cGotham\u201d<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lana Wachowski directed from a screenplay by Wachowski &amp; David Mitchell &amp; Aleksander Hemon, based on characters created by The Wachowskis. The film was produced by Grant Hill, James McTeigue and Lana Wachowski.
