For he is coming.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Plot\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detectives Prudhomme (Lambert) and Hollinsworth (Orser) are assigned a murder case.\u00a0 The victim&#8217;s arm was sawed off and taken.\u00a0 At the crime scene, they find written in blood, <em>&#8220;He is coming&#8221;<\/em>.\u00a0 Soon other victims are found. Each is missing a body part.\u00a0 The victims are all 33 years old and have biblical names (Matthew, Peter, etc.).\u00a0 They discover the madman is taking the parts in an effort to recreate Christ&#8217;s body.\u00a0 More people will die, if Prudomme and Hollinsworth don&#8217;t crack the case.\u00a0 But how do you catch a madman?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I watched <em>Resurrection<\/em> hoping that director, Russell Mulcahy and star, Christopher Lambert would be able to catch lightning in a bottle.\u00a0 The pair meshed perfectly in <em>Highlander<\/em>.\u00a0 Could they do it again?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The short answer is, &#8220;No.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <em>Highlander,<\/em> Mulcahy&#8217;s direction provided amazing camera movements, inventive scene transitions and creative framing.\u00a0 In <em>Resurrection<\/em> we don&#8217;t get that.\u00a0 Christopher Lambert was the exact right choice to play Connor MacLeod.
