win!!\u00a0 A couple of con men then sell the boys a broken down nag for their winnings.\u00a0 The boys think that the horse will bring in even more money when it wins races.\u00a0 What could go wrong?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The funniest part of <em>Even as IOU<\/em> is at the beginning.\u00a0 The boys are selling race track tip sheets.\u00a0 Curly tells a man he guarantees every race a winner.\u00a0 The man buys the sheet only to realize that the sheet is from yesterday&#8217;s races.\u00a0 Curly responds, &#8220;They won, didn&#8217;t they?&#8221;\u00a0 Curly helps the man call for the police until he realizes the cop is for him.\u00a0 The boys pose as mannequins to hide from the policeman.\u00a0 Curly then has an exchange with the police officer,\u00a0 Truly fun stuff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The racetrack bits are pretty generic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Even as IOU<\/em> has one of the most bizarre endings of any Stooges short&#8230; and that&#8217;s saying something.\u00a0 Curly eats a horse vitamin and it causes him to give birth to a colt.\u00a0 Huh?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em style=\"color: var(--text-color);
