Lance Reddick died today from natural causes.\u00a0 He was 60.<\/p>\n

In high school Lance Reddick’s focus was on music.\u00a0 After graduation he attended the University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree.\u00a0 Mr. Riddick later attended the Yale School of Drama where he earned a Master of Fine Arts degree.<\/p>\n

Lance Reddick appeared on television and in feature films throughout his career.<\/p>\n

Some of Lance Reddick’s television appearances include: New York Undercover; The Nanny; The West Wing; Falcone<\/em> (3 episodes); Oz<\/em> (12 episodes); Law & Order: Special Victims Unit<\/em> (6 episodes); Law & Order: Criminal Intent; Law & Order<\/em> (3 episodes); CSI: Miami<\/em> (3 episodes); The Wire<\/em> (60 episodes); Lost<\/em> (4 episodes); It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia; Fringe<\/em> (90 episodes); The Blacklist<\/em> (2 episodes); Intelligence<\/em> (5 episodes); Quantum Break<\/em> (4 episodes); American Horror Story<\/em> (4 episodes); Duck Tales<\/em> (voice – 5 episodes); Castlevania<\/em> (voice – 10 episodes); Corporate<\/em> (18 episodes); Bosch<\/em> (68 episodes); Young Sheldon<\/em> and Resident Evil<\/em> (8 episodes).<\/p>\n

I first saw Lance Reddick in Lost<\/em>.\u00a0 He had a unique look and stage presence.\u00a0 Then I started seeing him more and more in both television and feature films.\u00a0 Whenever Lance Reddick’s name appeared in the credits, I knew I was in for a treat.\u00a0 My favorite Lance Reddick role was as Charon in the John Wick<\/em> films.\u00a0 Lance Reddick was a special type of actor who could appear in action films, dramas, comedies as well as provide voice work for animated projects.\u00a0 What a career he had.<\/p>\n
