Lesnar vs. Mir<\/strong> – My prediction<\/strong> was a\u00a0Lesnar win<\/strong> and he did<\/strong>, but Lesnar’s antics<\/strong> after the fight got more press.\u00a0 Sure, Lesnar<\/strong> won via a 2nd round stoppage<\/strong>.\u00a0 He was able to take Mir<\/strong> down, but once on the ground was either unable or afraid to try and advance his position.\u00a0 Instead he would lay on Mir<\/strong> and punch away.\u00a0 Lesnar<\/strong> is huge and uses his weight and canned ham-fists to full advantage.\u00a0\u00a0Mir<\/strong> did manage to rock Lesnar<\/strong> with a knee in the second round, and although Lesnar<\/strong> admitted it made him see “Tweety-birds”, he was lucky enough to land on top of Mir<\/strong>.\u00a0 I don’t think that Mir <\/strong>realized how stunned Lesnar<\/strong> was, and he was able to quickly recover and start\u00a0pounding away until the ref called the fight.<\/p>\n After the fight, Lesnar<\/strong> was loudly booed by fans<\/strong>.\u00a0 He responded\u00a0by giving them a double-middle finger salute.\u00a0 Lesnar<\/strong> then ran over to Mir<\/strong> and began yelling in his face.\u00a0 Talk about gracious in victory!\u00a0 Then in the in-ring post-fight interview, Lesnar<\/strong> said he was going to drink Coors<\/strong> because UFC sponsor Bud Lite<\/strong> wouldn’t pay him enough!\u00a0 He told fans to keep booing because he loved it and that he’d probably go home and get on top of his wife.\u00a0 Very classy, right?\u00a0 At the post fight interview with the media, Lesnar<\/strong> apologized for his rude behavior, said that he was really going to drink Bud Lite<\/strong> all night, blah, blah, blah.\u00a0<\/p>\n Normally when someone messes up and apologizes, I’m quick to give them the benefit of the doubt.\u00a0 Not this time.\u00a0 Lesnar<\/strong> admitted that Dana White<\/strong> had taken him aside to talk to him about his antics.\u00a0 There’s no doubt that White<\/strong> explained to Lesnar<\/strong> how insulting a company sponsor would hurt future events and ALL UFC fighters<\/strong>, that insulting the fans would hurt Lesnar’s<\/strong> own pay-per-view and t-shirt sales, etc.\u00a0 So although Lesnar<\/strong> apologized, I think there was more “showmanship” in his apology than his antics after the fight.\u00a0 Think back to how\u00a0Lesnar<\/strong> acted when he lost to Mir<\/strong> the first time.\u00a0 Lesnar<\/strong> said he “gave” the fight to Mir<\/strong>.\u00a0 That Mir<\/strong> lucked into it.\u00a0 That the ref was at fault for stopping it when Lesnar<\/strong> hit in the back of the head.\u00a0\u00a0Lesnar<\/strong> talked all kinds\u00a0of\u00a0junk and never once said, “Mir<\/strong> beat\u00a0me because he was the better man that night and when he pulled the kneebar on me I tapped out.”\u00a0 Contrast that with his behavior after earning a decision against Heath Herring<\/strong>.\u00a0 Lesnar<\/strong> was showboating and acting the fool.\u00a0 He\u00a0loses with no class and wins the same way.<\/p>\n I hope that Lesnar <\/strong>does learn from his mistakes.\u00a0 Time will tell.\u00a0 If he does begin to show some class, then my opinion\u00a0of him will change.\u00a0 if not, not.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n GSP vs. Alves<\/strong> – My prediction<\/strong> was a GSP<\/strong> victory and we\u2019re one step closer to him fighting Anderson Silva<\/strong>.\u00a0 GSP<\/strong> easily won<\/strong> and we are.<\/p>\n Henderson vs. Bisbing<\/strong> – My prediction<\/strong>: Henderson<\/strong> wins.\u00a0 He did<\/strong> by the most devestating KO<\/strong> of the night… maybe the year!<\/p>\n Fitch vs. Thiago<\/strong> –\u00a0My prediction was Fitch<\/strong> wins<\/strong> by crazy beard.\u00a0 He did<\/strong> and still has the beard.<\/p>\n Bonnar vs. Coleman<\/strong> – My prediction was<\/strong>\u00a0Bonnar<\/strong> wins and he lost<\/strong> and now is a bit closer to sitting with fans
