When the Demeter finally arrives off the shores of England, it is a charred, derelict wreck. There is no trace of the crew.<\/p>\n<p>The film stars <strong>Corey Hawkins<\/strong> (<em>In the Heights, Straight Outta Compton<\/em>) as Clemens, a doctor who joins the Demeter crew, <strong>Aisling Franciosi<\/strong> (<em>Game of Thrones, The Nightingale<\/em>) as an unwitting stowaway, <strong>Liam<\/strong> <strong>Cunningham<\/strong> (<em>Game of Thrones, Clash of the Titans<\/em>) as the ship\u2019s captain and <strong>David Dastmalchian<\/strong> (<em>Dune,<\/em> the <em>Ant-Man<\/em> franchise) as the Demeter\u2019s first mate.<\/p>\n<p>The film also features <strong>Jon Jon Briones<\/strong> <em>(Ratched, American Horror Story<\/em>), <strong>Stefan Kapicic<\/strong> (<em>Deadpool<\/em> films, <em>Better Call Saul<\/em>), <strong>Nikolai Nikolaeff<\/strong> (<em>Stranger Things, Bruised<\/em>) and <strong>Javier Botet<\/strong> <em>(It<\/em> films, <em>Mama<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>From <em>DreamWorks Pictures<\/em> and the producers of <em>Zodiac<\/em> and <em>Black Swan, The Last Voyage of the Demeter<\/em> is directed by Norwegian horror virtuoso <strong>Andr\u00e9 \u00d8vredal<\/strong> (<em>Scary Stories To Tell in the Dark, Trollhunter<\/em>), from a script by <strong>Bragi F.
