Justified: City Primeval<\/em> creators Michael Dinner and Dave Andron about the “twist” ending.\u00a0 We also learn what Timothy Olyphant and Walter Goggins had to say about it.<\/p>\nI thought the ending to Justified: City Primeval<\/em> was perfect.\u00a0 Dinner and Andron were right in not having Boyd Crowder show up sooner.\u00a0 I agree having Raylan visit Boyd in prison to help get a read on Mansell would have felt a little too Silence of the Lamb<\/em>ish.\u00a0 It would have also taken a bit of the luster off of Mansell (who was a great character in his own right).<\/p>\nIf we get another season of Justified<\/em>, it should involve the final confrontation between Raylan and Boyd Crowder.\u00a0 But if that happens, how do you top it?\u00a0 Would that mean the series ends? (Say it wouldn’t be so.)<\/p>\nI would love Justified<\/em> go on for several more years.\u00a0 Each new season would be Justified:<\/em> __________.\u00a0 That’s Justified<\/em> with a subtitle.\u00a0 ; )<\/p>\nI wrote earlier that I thought the ending to Justified: City Primeval<\/em> was perfect.\u00a0 Fans of the series were hit with a surprise that we didn’t see coming.\u00a0 Kudos to all that kept Walter Goggins’ appearance a secret.\u00a0 The ending flawlessly set up a potential next season.\u00a0 But if we don’t get another round of Justified<\/em>, fans are left with the ability to imagine their own ending.\u00a0 I think Elmore Leonard would have liked that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Justified: City Primeval ended on a cliffhanger or maybe it didn’t.
