THRILLING!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Plot&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karl Wagner (Lugosi) runs a soup kitchen that serves as a front for his many criminal enterprises.\u00a0 Wagner recruits ex-cons and those who are down-and-out to perform robberies and worse.\u00a0 Wagner then kills them.
