Brown, Paul Ganus, Zoe Boyle, Gloria Cole<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>Mark Strong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tagline: <em>The future of humanity is in her hands<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Plot&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the future, Harlan (Liu), an AI soldier begins a war against humanity.\u00a0 Millions of people are killed before nations of the world join forces.\u00a0 The tide turns, but Harlan escapes.\u00a0 Years later Harlan is discovered on a planet in deep space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A military expedition is sent to capture Harlan.\u00a0 Atlas Shepherd (Lopez), the daughter of Harlan&#8217;s creator demands to accompany the soldiers.\u00a0 Atlas is given clearance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the military team begins descent to the planet, they are attacked.\u00a0 Atlas is the sole survivor thanks to her battle suit&#8217;s AI technology.\u00a0 Realizing that her AI powered armor could turn on her, Atlas&#8217; first instinct is to shut it down.\u00a0 But if she wants to survive&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Much of <em>Atlas<\/em> felt like I was watching a video game not a movie.<\/p>\n<p>Why not just leave Harlan alone?\u00a0 He&#8217;s millions of miles away.<\/p>\n<p>Sterling K.
