(artist)<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Overview:\u00a0 Beware of Spoilers\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vinent and Gaby Rocket are unlikely partners in crime.\u00a0 At least they plan to be.\u00a0 Their get rich scheme is to knock over an armored truck.\u00a0 The thing is neither of them are criminals.\u00a0 The only reason they&#8217;d dare such an outrageous crime is they need the money.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gaby needs the cash to get off the booze and finally live a better life.\u00a0\u00a0Vincent plans to use his cut to return to Senegal, the home of his true love and their baby that he&#8217;s never seen.\u00a0 Vincent also wants to give a share of the loot to armored truck&#8217;s driver.\u00a0 The guy isn&#8217;t in on the robbery.\u00a0 He&#8217;s just a down on his luck schmo that Vincent feels sorry for.\u00a0 Gaby&#8217;s not sure he&#8217;s okay with that.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the best laid plans, things go sideways in ways no once could imagine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lupano Wilfrid and Rodolphe Guenoden have created an unconventional crime story.\u00a0 The characters are flawed and their motivations are real.\u00a0 The twists are not those expected in a crime story, but are believable thanks to the set-up of Wilfrid&#8217;s story.\u00a0 Guenoden&#8217;s art is on the mark.\u00a0 I love how he has just the right touch of cartoony-ness.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YSd2oh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CURTAIN
