It’s not often that the same day I discover a new author that I’ll order up a new hardback of his work.\u00a0 But that’s what did today after hearing about Lou Berney’s<\/strong> novel Gutshot Straight<\/strong>.\u00a0 My interest was raised when I saw a tweet from Bookgasm.com<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 So I headed over to the site and saw this trailer<\/strong><\/a> for the novel.<\/p>\n

I liked the trailer, so I found Berney’s site<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 I read a bit about Berney<\/strong> and an excerpt from Gutshot Straight<\/strong> and was sold.\u00a0 So I headed over to Amazon.com<\/strong> and pre-ordered a copy<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 If Gutshot Straight<\/strong> sounds like something you’d like, go ahead and order one too!\u00a0 Consider it an early Christmas<\/strong> present to yourself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
