Tomorrow morning<\/strong> starting at 8am EST<\/strong>, the Syfy channel<\/strong> is running a “The Invaders”<\/strong><\/a> marathon.\u00a0 “The Invaders”<\/strong><\/a> premiered January 10, 1967<\/strong>.\u00a0 I was 8 years old<\/strong> and can still remember<\/strong><\/a> that scary, ominous music and then the opening<\/strong><\/a>…<\/p>\n

The Invaders, alien beings from a dying planet.\u00a0 Their destination Earth.\u00a0 Their purpose?\u00a0 To make it their world.\u00a0 David Vincent has seen them.\u00a0 For him it began one lost night on a lonely country road, looking for a short-cut… that he never found.\u00a0 It began with a closed deserted diner, and a man too long without sleep to continue his journey.\u00a0 It began with the landing of a craft from another galaxy…\u00a0 Now, David Vincent knows that the Invaders are here… that they have taken human form.\u00a0 Somehow he must convince a disbelieving world that the nightmare has already begun. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
