The Plot\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harry Washello and Julie Peters have a chance meeting.\u00a0 They have a definite connection and they spend the afternoon together.\u00a0 That’s all it takes for them to know they’ve met their soulmate.\u00a0 They agree to meet at midnight at the diner where Julie works.<\/p>\n

Harry oversleeps due to an accident in his building.\u00a0 His alarm didn’t go off.\u00a0 Julie calls but the same accident took down the phone lines.<\/p>\n

When Harry wakes up he rushes to the diner.\u00a0 He’s four hours late, but maybe, just maybe Julie is still there.\u00a0 She’s not.<\/p>\n

Harry goes to a payphone outside the diner and calls Julie.\u00a0 No answer.\u00a0 So he leaves an apology message.\u00a0 As he walks away, the payphone rings.\u00a0 It’s not Julie.\u00a0 A man named Chip is trying to reach his father.\u00a0 Chip is speaking quickly with terror in his voice.\u00a0 Chip claims that nukes have been launched.\u00a0 In 70 minutes the US and Russia will be in a full on nuclear war.\u00a0 Missles are now headed for LA.\u00a0 Suddenly Harry hears gunshots and Chip is gone.<\/p>\n

At first Harry thinks the call is a prank.\u00a0 He speaks to folks in the diner.\u00a0 Most laugh off the call… but one lady with connections makes a couple of calls.\u00a0 She learns that politicians are hightailing it out of DC.\u00a0 She tells the diners they need to get as far from the city as they can as fast as they can.<\/p>\n

Harry believes the threat is real.\u00a0 He’s not willing to leave without Julie.\u00a0 He has a plan but time is running out.\u00a0 As Harry makes his way across the city, word of incoming nukes is quickly spreading.\u00a0 The city becomes a madhouse.<\/p>\n

And the clock is ticking.<\/p>\n
