You’ve heard me sing the praises [well, write ’em anyway<\/strong><\/a>] of Jonathan Maberry<\/strong> before.\u00a0 If you read his first Joe Ledger<\/strong> novel, Patient Zero<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, then you’re a fan of his work.\u00a0 [If you haven’t read it, you should.\u00a0 Yeah, it’s that good<\/span> great.]<\/p>\n Maberry’s<\/strong> second Ledger<\/strong> novel, The Dragon Factory<\/strong><\/a>, is now available.\u00a0 [Yes, I’ve already got my copy!] Maberry<\/strong> talks about Joe Ledger<\/strong>, and more in a great little interview over at StaticEchoes.com<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Here’s a bit of what Maberry<\/strong> has to say:<\/p>\n I always loved the thinking hero, so Joe Ledger grew out of that; and I dug the concept of villains who were smart and devious, and who sometimes used the appearance of the supernatural as a smokescreen.
