During a rant, Ida falls down a flight of stairs and dies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frankenstein&#8217;s monster has traveled the world and settled in Chicago.\u00a0 He&#8217;s assumed the identity of a gangster named Frank.\u00a0 Frank has learned that Dr. Cornelia Euphronius is working to bring the dead back to life.\u00a0 Frank gets Dr. Euphronius to create a companion for him.\u00a0 She uses Ida&#8217;s corpse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ida has no memory of her past life.\u00a0 Frank tells her she was his bride.\u00a0 Together they go on a crime spree of, uh, <em>monstrous<\/em> proportions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Bride<\/em> is not for everyone.\u00a0 It&#8217;s an outrageous mash-up of genres that include horror, romance, gangster, musical and comedy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I appreciate what was attempted, but for me it was a swing and a miss.\u00a0 Your mileage, as always, may differ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit; color: initial;\"><strong><i>The Bride! <\/i>(2026)<\/strong> rates 2 of 5 stars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/zone\/logo\/zview_d.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/zone\/2026\/z062726zview_bride2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"305\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bride!
