Be afraid of what&#8217;s in the dark.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>It&#8217;s about to get very dark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thoughts (beware of spoilers)\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ship&#8217;s crash landing is amazing &#8212; especially seen on a theater screen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pitch Black<\/em> is the film that made Vin Diesel a star.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the original <em>Pitch Black<\/em> screenplay Riddick dies at the end.\u00a0 Diesel and Twohy liked the character and thought they could make more films about him.\u00a0 So far we&#8217;ve gotten <em>The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury<\/em> (an animated video) which bridges <em>Pitch Black<\/em> and <em>The Chronicles of Riddick<\/em> film.
