Recently CBSNews.com<\/strong><\/a> posted their choices for the 50 Greatest TV Characters<\/strong>.\u00a0 Using just the characters from their list here is my top ten<\/strong> and 10 more<\/strong> who should have made the list:<\/p>\n

  1. Lucy Ricardo<\/strong>: No matter what Lucy<\/strong> did, it always backfired, and just like Ricky<\/strong>, we were always ready to forgive her and come back for more.<\/li>\n
  2. Vic Mackey<\/strong>: The greatest good bad guy in television history.\u00a0 How could we find ourselves pulling for a guy who killed a good cop in cold blood in the very first episode?<\/li>\n
  3. The cast of “Seinfeld”<\/strong>: The best tv comedy ensemble ever.<\/li>\n
  4. Spock \/ Capt. James T. Kirk<\/strong>: Through in \u201cBones\u201d McCoy<\/strong> and you have the best tv trifecta ever.<\/li>\n
  5. Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver<\/strong>: The \u201cBeav\u201d when he was younger was a lot of fun\u2026 unfortunately he outgrew his cuteness before the series ended.<\/li>\n
  6. Frasier Crane \/ Niles Crane<\/strong>: Totally believable as brothers and unbelievable funny [and I mean that in a good way].<\/li>\n
  7. The Huxtables<\/strong>: The family that brought comedies back into vogue.<\/li>\n
  8. Rico Tubbs and Sonny Crockett<\/strong>: The first year set the standard for tv, movies, and music videos.\u00a0 Miami Vice\u2019s<\/strong><\/em> influence was everywhere.<\/li>\n
  9. Tony Soprano<\/strong>: The tough mob boss who couldn\u2019t control his own family.<\/li>\n
  10. Bob Hartley<\/strong>: Totally under-rated series lead.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
