text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/thr-esq\/walking-dead-war-creator-robert-288671\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>The Hollywood Reporter posted the news<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span> that <strong>Tony Moore<\/strong>, the original <strong>artist<\/strong> and <em><strong>co-creator<\/strong><\/em> of the hit <strong>comic book<\/strong> series <em><strong>The Walking Dead<\/strong><\/em> has sued long-time [former?] friend, R<strong>obert Kirkman<\/strong>.\u00a0 <strong>Kirkman<\/strong> is, of course, the<strong> writer<\/strong> and <em><strong>co-creator<\/strong><\/em> of <strong>The Walking Dead<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; text-align: justify;\">According to <strong>The Hollywood Reporter<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Moore<\/strong> claims that in <strong>2005<\/strong>, <strong>Kirkman<\/strong> and his agents devised a scheme to fraudulently induce him to assign his copyright interests over to <strong>Kirkman&#8217;s<\/strong> company. <strong>Moore<\/strong>, who grew up with <strong>Kirkman<\/strong> and worked together on several projects, claims he signed a deal granting him <strong>60 percent<\/strong> of &#8220;<strong>Comic Publishing Net Proceeds<\/strong>&#8221; in connection with <strong><em>Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong> and another project called <strong><em>Brit<\/em><\/strong>; <strong>20 percent<\/strong> of <strong>&#8220;motion picture net proceeds&#8221;<\/strong> in connection with <strong><em>Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Brit<\/em>; <\/strong>and<strong> 50 percent <\/strong>of<strong> &#8220;motion picture net proceeds&#8221; <\/strong>from another project called<strong> <em>Battle Pope<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; text-align: justify;\">The suit goes on to say that <strong>Moore<\/strong> has received little in the way of revenue from the <strong>hit comic<\/strong> and<strong> tv series<\/strong> and hasn&#8217;t seen any profit statements from <strong>Kirkman<\/strong> and\/or his company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial;
