When I was a kid, there weren’t many things that I enjoyed more than a <\/span>good scary movie<\/span>. Most of my friends felt the same. We’d look forward to the weekend when we’d stay up late<\/span>, turn off all of the lights<\/span>, and watch <\/span>Sammy Terry’s Nightmare Theater.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

What could be better than a weekly fix to satisfy our horror craving<\/span>?\u00a0 <\/span>How about a five days a week fix?<\/p>\n

Dark Shadows<\/b><\/em> was the first and only soap opera I’ve ever watched on a regular basis (if you don’t count professional wrestling<\/span>). It told the tale of the Collins family<\/span>… what a mess they were. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts<\/span>…. whew! And we ate it up!
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dark Shadows<\/a><\/b> was the must see show of it’s time. It spawned a series of novelizations, trading cards<\/span>, and more. There are annual Dark Shadows<\/b> conventions that continue to this day!<\/p>\n

A new collector’s series<\/span> of Dark Shadows DVDs<\/a><\/b> are going to be released shortly. The price is right, so get your friends together and turn down the lights!<\/p>\n
