<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong>Well, it’s been a while hasn’t it.<\/p>\n

My computer<\/strong> crashed on the Thursday<\/strong> before Labor Day<\/strong> weekend.\u00a0 I took it into the shop ( a great local place called Volusia Computers<\/strong><\/span><\/a>) the next morning.\u00a0 What followed was a run of bad luck<\/strong> I haven’t seen since Big John Beatty<\/strong><\/span> busted out on triple aces<\/strong> twice in a row<\/em><\/span> in a game of In-Between<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But that’s a story for another time.<\/p>\n

The guys at Volusia Computers<\/strong> were great, but my computer could not be resuscitated.\u00a0 We almost had it back, but then it died again.\u00a0 At that point I decided to buy a refurbished, but bigger and faster computer.\u00a0 It was ready for pick-up and started experiencing minor problems when they were showing me it’s features.\u00a0 So for my inconvenience I was upgraded to an even better computer for a lower price.<\/p>\n

The downside was that it took some time to get my new refurbished computer ready for me to take home.\u00a0 Oh, and did I mention that while all this was going on that my big screen tv<\/strong> died?\u00a0 It did.<\/p>\n

FPL<\/strong> came out and installed a smart merter and didn’t tell us to turn off appliances.\u00a0 So for a few days I was without<\/strong> my computer<\/strong> AND<\/strong> my big screen tv<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All is good now.\u00a0 I’ve got a new tv<\/strong> and new (to me) computer<\/strong>.\u00a0 Both are improvements over what I had.\u00a0 So…<\/p>\n
