I first met <strong>Doug<\/strong> in <strong>2011<\/strong> at <strong>Heroes Con<\/strong>. I was heading out from the show and saw <a href=\"http:\/\/dougdabbs.deviantart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>his art<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. If there had been time, I&#8217;d have got a sketch on the spot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I told <strong>Doug<\/strong> I would get a piece from him in <strong>2012<\/strong> and I did. Two in fact. This piece is <strong>Doug&#8217;s<\/strong> take on <strong>Sly<\/strong> as an older, but still tough, <strong>Jack Carter<\/strong>. He also did an equally cool riff on <strong>Barney Ross<\/strong> from <em><strong>The Expendables<\/strong><\/em>.
