Although he <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">never bet against his team<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">never threw a game<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">gamblling on baseball<\/span> when you&#8217;re a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">player or manager is against the rules<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial; text-align: justify;\">Did <b>Rose<\/b> deserve to be punished?
