I thought that The Rock<\/b> starring in a remake of Walking Tall<\/b><\/em> was a bad idea.<\/p>\n

The Rock<\/b> was, pardon<\/span> the expression, on a roll.<\/p>\n

Think about it… great reviews for his small role in “The Mummy Returns.”<\/a> <\/b>Then a prequel about his character “The Scorpion King.”<\/a><\/b> And then The Rock<\/b> totally wows everyone with the very good and very underrated “The Rundown.”<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

But The Rock<\/b> starring as a backwater sheriff<\/span> <\/b>who carries a two-by-four<\/b> to fight Southern Mobsters<\/b>?<\/p>\n

No way that could work. Right? Wrong.<\/p>\n

The trailer<\/b> looks good and they’ve updated and changed the story to fit The Rock<\/b>. And with his charisma, I think it’ll work.<\/p>\n
