{"id":9802,"date":"2014-03-24T05:24:06","date_gmt":"2014-03-24T09:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/craigzablo.com\/?p=9802"},"modified":"2021-05-22T09:44:53","modified_gmt":"2021-05-22T13:44:53","slug":"celebrity-encounters-at-megacon-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/craigzablo.com\/?p=9802","title":{"rendered":"Celebrity Encounters at MegaCon 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/zone\/2014\/z032413megacon_walkingdead.png\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Friday and Saturday I spent time at <strong>MegaCon<\/strong> with my buddy <strong>John Beatty<\/strong>. \u00a0While I was at the show hanging with Big John, my wife, <strong>Doralya<\/strong> was relaxing at the hotel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Friday afternoon <strong>Doralya<\/strong> sent me a text that\u00a0<strong>Steven Yeun<\/strong> (who plays <strong>Glen<\/strong> on <strong><em>The Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong>) was staying in our hotel and she saw him getting into a limo. \u00a0I could tell from her text and the number of exclamation points that she was excited to see a celebrity up-close.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/zone\/2014\/z032413megacon_johnson.png\" width=\"500\" height=\"318\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At dinner that night <strong>Doralya<\/strong> told me of an encounter that she had with <strong>Bryan Johnson<\/strong>, one of the stars of <em><strong>Comic Book Men<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0<strong>Doralya<\/strong> was sitting outside reading when <strong>Bryan Johnson<\/strong> walked by.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They made eye-contact and <strong>Doralya<\/strong> said, &#8220;I know you!
