Arguably the greatest actor<\/b> who ever lived, none can argue that he influenced a generation. And I’m not just talking about actors such as James Dean<\/b>, Robert DeNiro<\/b>, or Johnny Depp<\/b>. Brando<\/b> literally influenced a generation of kids who wanted to rebel… and Brando<\/b> continued to rebel throughout his life.<\/p>\n

If all you know about Marlon Brando<\/b> was that he played Superman<\/a>‘s<\/span> father or was pretty strange when interviewed by Larry King<\/b>. If you only know Brando<\/b> from impressionists doing their take on Brando<\/b> as Vito Corleone<\/b> from <\/span>The Godfather<\/a> then you owe it to yourself to check him out. <\/p>\n

Yeah, he was cool in Apocalypse Now<\/a>… and you may have heard how strange he was in The Island of Dr. Moreau<\/b> [both on and off the set]… <\/p>\n

…but if you want to see Brando<\/b> at his best then check out <\/b>On the Waterfront<\/a>… <\/span>A Streetcar Named Desire<\/a>… <\/span>Guys and Dolls<\/a> [he could do it all!]…One Eyed Jacks<\/a> [which he also directed]… Mutiny on the Bounty<\/b>… and of course… The Godfather<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Marlon Brando<\/b> was indeed the man. Our prayers go out to his family, friends and fans.<\/p>\n
