The Matrix Resurrections Deja Vú teaser below is the best thing I’ve seen yet promoting the new movie.

Yesterday we had Dan Panosian’s Marv from Sin City. Today we get a look at Gerardo Zaffino’s take on the big guy. While he may have gone a bit overboard with the damage inflicted on Marv, it sure is cool to see Zaffino’s riff.

When one of my all-time favorite artists (Dan Panosian) draws one of my all-time favorite characters (Marv) from one of my all-time favorite series (Sin City), then I have to go for the all-time record for using the words “all-time” in a single post.

Dan McDaid is a quadruple threat artist – writer, penciler, inker and colorist! I first noticed his art on Twitter which led me to his Instagram. I liked McDaid’s art and through his Big Cartel Shop purchased his sketchbook and Dega deluxe pack. I requested his take on Sly Stallone as Rocky and McDaid came through like a champ!

I don’t know how it happened but two Jonathan Maberry books almost slipped by me. To make it even worse they both contain Joe Ledger tales!
Joe Ledger is back!
JOE LEDGER: SECRET MISSIONS collects some of Ledger’s most dynamic and bizarre short story adventures – classic reprints as well as exciting new material! From the icy wastes of the Antarctic to the Gate of Hell in Turkmenistan, Ledger and his team are the last, best hope that stands between the unsuspecting public and unimaginable dangers!
Stories include crossovers with Maberry’s many fictional and bestselling worlds including V-WARS (Netflix), the Pine Deep Trilogy, the Sam Hunter Case Files, Dead of Night, and Rot & Ruin. Even if you’ve never read a Joe Ledger tale, this is a great jumping-on point; and if you’re a longtime fan, you’ll encounter old friends and enemies – Mr. Church, Echo Team, Havoc Team, Malcolm Crow and Mike Sweeney, Violin, Toys, and more!
And there are special treats! An insightful introduction by bestseller Peter Clines (The Fold, 14); a collaboration with author Marie Whittaker; and a brief glimpse into Mr. Church as he takes a rare day off, penned by the ‘voice of Joe Ledger, ‘ audiobook reader Ray Porter.
So buckle up, lock and load, and go rolling into action with Joe Ledger! Hooah!

Oleg Zatler has created art for both for movies and television. You’ve probably seen his art on posters for theatrical blockbusters like Batman, Hunger Games, District 9, Rambo, The Expendables and Star Trek. On television Zatler has created art for the Star Trek franchise, AEW, Longmire and Sons of Anarchy to name just a few.
Mr. Zatler has a website where you can see more of his art. He also has three sections for his posters (used and rejected) for The Expendables, The Expendables 2 and The Expendables 3. It’s interesting to see how far out some of the designs were as well as those that weren’t used but should have been!

I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald killed President Kennedy, but I have an open mind and am interested in learning more about the case. I’ve read the Warren Commission Report. I’ve watched documentaries and read many different theories. The “magic bullet” can be explained and really didn’t make the turns and twists some have speculated. With all that said, I’m interested in seeing Oliver Stone’s JFK: Destiny Denied.
JFK: DESTINY BETRAYED is #OliverStone’s four-part “deep dive” into the infamous Kennedy assassination. Over a period of months, Stone spoke to a diverse array of authors, historians, witnesses, and experts in forensics, ballistics, and medicine. Subjects covered in the mini-series include the early formation of President Kennedy’s foreign policy worldview, his travels to Vietnam as a senator (where he saw first-hand the French losing their colonial war), his support of fledgling democracies in Africa, and his anti-colonial convictions which put him in opposition to the Eisenhower administration, the CIA, and the Pentagon. Viewers are also given a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the post-assassination actions and initial suspicions of Kennedy’s brother, Robert, as well as his views on the official Warren Commission investigation. Additionally, assassination forensic and ballistic evidence is explored here in great detail. #JFK #JohnFKennedy #CIA
With narration by Whoopi Goldberg and Donald Sutherland.

Liam Gaughan, at /Film, came up with his list of The 18 Best Action Movie Actors Ranked. His list is a pretty good one, but I do question his rankings. Harrison Ford at #1? Arnold in the 8th spot and Sly in the 10th? No Dwayne Johnson? No Vin Diesel?
Well, lists are there to get us thinking and talking. Liam has his reasons for his choices. Only 1 of my top 3 made his top three. So before you click over, here are my top three…
Is your list closer to Gaughan’s, mine or totally different?

Scott Mendleson, at Forbes, posted Every ‘Rocky’ Movie Ranked From Worst To Best. Before you click over, I decided to revisit my rankings and compare Mendelson’s with mine. So without further adieu, here we go…

The Shattered poster is generic but the trailer has twists and a cast that makes me interested in seeing it.
In the tradition of Fatal Attraction and Basic Instinct comes this dazzling action thriller starring Academy Award Nominee John Malkovich (RED) and Frank Grillo (Avengers: Endgame). As lonely tech millionaire Chris (Cameron Monaghan, “Shameless”) encounters charming, sexy Sky (Lilly Krug), passion grows between them. And when he’s injured, she quickly steps in as his nurse. But Sky’s odd behavior makes Chris suspect that she has more sinister intentions, especially when Sky’s roommate is found dead from mysterious causes.

Joe Kim created this cool alternate poster for Enter the Dragon. You can see more of Kim’s art at his website or on his Twitter!
