Billy Graham is an artist that left us way to soon. I’m sad to say I never got to meet Mr. Graham but I did grow up reading comics that he did, most notably Luke Cage: Hero for Hire and The Black Panther.
Recently some of Billy’s family members have started posting his art. This very cool First Blood piece was one of those posted.
There are two things we don’t see enough around here: 1) Eric Canate art and 2) Marv from Sin City.
Today: two birds, one stone.

Uma Thurman has an interesting interview with Maureen Dowd at The New York Times. In it, Thurman talks about abuse from Harvey Weinstein and an automobile stunt on the set of Kill Bill that went terribly wrong. There’s video of the stunt that created a rift between her and Tarantino. Overall a worthy read.

Dan Greenfield makes an excellent case that Marshall Rogers’ Batman Strip Needs to Be Reprinted. As a Rogers’ fan, I am in complete agreement.

Looking Glass starring Nicholas Cage doesn’t look half bad. (And don’t let me hear one of you wiseguys say, “You’re right. It looks all bad.”)
From time to time you’ll hear me speak about drive-ins and the types of movies that could be seen at ’em. Hurricane Heist looks like it would have been the second feature on a triple bill. Not the re-released major movie, but the action film being pushed along.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing.
The Ritual poster and trailer have piqued my interest, but I’m not sold yet. Check out the video below and decide if you are.

I’ll bet most of us have played or allowed our kids to play the arcade game Clyclone. It’s the one that has a light speeding around a dome. You press a button to stop the light and if it stops directly in front of you, you win.
As it turns out, the game is rigged. There’s no skill involved and it is designed to make you think you’re close to winning so you’ll keep playing. Check out the video below for full details.
