Merry Christmas.
Have you seen this very well done Filmography 2013 video?

Francesco Francavilla says, “Merry Christmas” with his “Blood on Christmas” tale of a little girl, a serial killer Santa and The Shadow!

It’s almost time for Santa to drop in with gifts for the good little boys and girls. Hopefully, you’re not on the naughty list and will be getting a surprise or two.
How about a little gift via Youtube?

Over the past few years it has become a tradition for some stations to offer marathons during holidays. The Syfy channel has been running The Twilight Zone marathons on New Years for, uh, years.
With the transition to binge viewing, I think that the marathon idea is only going to get more popular. Buzzfeed has a list of 15 Movie Marathons to Watch on TV this Christmas.

What you’re looking at [if you’re looking at the photo above] is what scientists believe to be is the only meteorite from Mercury on our planet.
How can they tell? The rock’s magnetism matches that of Mercury perfectly. It also has high amounts of magnesium and chromium but a low amount of iron, which is apparently what scientists would expect from a chip off of Mercury.
Don’t you love stuff like this?

Walt Parrish has a cool sketch collection theme. Walt collects original art created on three inch by three inch bristol board.
The art ranges from full color paintings to quickie pencil pieces by artists such as Ken Meyer, Jr. [the Breaking Bad piece above], Tim Sale [the sketch below], Michael Golden, Matt Wagner, Neal Adams, Wilfredo Torres, Gabriel Hardman, Franchesco Francavilla, Bruce Timm, Howard Chaykin, Patric Reynolds and others.
Walt has the art on display at his three by three site and it is more than worth a look.

The photo above is of one of my all-time favorite Conan covers. It was created by Neal Adams for The Savage Sword of Conan #2, published by Marvel in October 1974.
