Where Should Your Next Vacation Be?

Today’s question is… Where Should Your Next Vacation Be?
The best answer would have been Charlotte for a Heroes Convention.
Still, an all-inclusive resort isn’t a bad second choice.

Today’s question is… Which Avenger Are You?
I demand a re-do.
While I would have liked to have been Captain America, I figured I’d just have an outside chance at him.
I don’t drink enough or am rich enough to be Tony Stark, so Iron Man was out.
Perhaps the Beast or maybe Hawkeye? But noooo!
Instead I came out as Dr. Druid! Dr. Druid?
How about I be Jarvis and we call it a day?

I enjoy seeing where creative people work. It’s always fun, at least for me, to see how they set things up. What they have on their desks and walls… the books they keep close at hand.
If you like that sort of thing, then you’ll get a kick out of Mulholland Books‘ Tour of Greg Rucka’s Office.

The cover above is by J. O’Barr for the new mini-series Crow: Pestilence by Frank Bill [writer] and Drew Moss [artist]. I love it when creators whose work I enjoy come together on a project.
I’ve been a J. O’Barr Crow fan since the character’s first appearance back in Caliber Presents.
Frank Bill burst on the crime fiction scene in a big way with his Crimes in Southern Indiana (book of short stories) and follow-up novel Donnybrook. (I’ve read and recommend both!)
I met Drew Moss about a year ago and got two sketches from him. Moss is a talented artist, and a funny guy.
I’m really looking forward to Crow: Pestilence and even more so after reading this CBR.com interview with Frank Bill.

The question for today… What Kind of Dog Are You?
Since I’m a dog guy, any breed would be fine. Dogs are the best.
I thought I might come out as a mastiff, a bull dog or maybe even a Bichon. Instead I was profiled as a mutt. And I’m fine with that because I’m a dog guy… and dogs are the best.

Today we have Rocky by Drew Moss. This is my second sketch from Drew. You can see the first here.

The question for today… Which Career Should You Actually Have?
I was pleased to see that I got Professor.
A professor is in the field of education and so am I. So it would seem that the career I should actually have, I actually have.

Jason Latour was named one of 2014’s Artists to Watch. That’s funny, not because Latour isn’t an artist everyone should keep an eye on, but rather because I’ve been a fan of his art for years.
Latour was recently the subject of an interview at Newsarama. If you check out Latour‘s interview you’ll learn everything from his college days (and popular 4 Seats Left strip) to Latour‘s soon to be released mini-series Southern Bastards. If you’re not already a Latour fan, you’ll at least have a better understanding why he made the Artist to Watch list.

The question for today… Which Deadly Sin Are You Guilty Of?
My guess would have been Gluttony or Pride. Instead I came out with…

Today we’re asked, Which 80’s Pop Hit Are You?
The answer for me? Faith by George Michael. I can live with that.

The Zodiac Killer. Jim Jones. Pretty Boy Floyd. Timothy McVeigh. Ted Bundy. John Wilkes Boothe. Jeffrey Dahmer. Lee Harvey Oswald. Charles Manson.
Do these names strike terror into your heart?
They probably should because each made the list.
What list, you ask? Why, The Absolute Worst Person From Each State list.
I was relieved to see that not a single one of my friends made the list.

The animation on this short video is stylish and adds to the fun of “A Mouse’s Tale.”

When I took Buzzfeed’s What Food Matches Your Personality Quiz I had no idea what food I would match up with.
Perhaps some Prime Rib. Maybe a delicious Ribeye Steak.
But, no.
I am a block of cheese. Of course that could be why Kelsey Shannon is a friend. He loves cheese.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched Fight Club.
Watching the video below makes me want to check it out again.
