Here’s a behind-the-scenes teaser for The Walking Dead Season 3 that promises to top everything that’s gone before.

I’m a big fan of Daniel Craig as James Bond. In fact, I’ll go as far as to to say that Casino Royal is my favorite of all the Bond films. Ok, once the booing dies down, we’ll continue. Yes, Sean Connery *is* James Bond. Ok, I’ll even say Connery is my favorite Bond.
I’m just trying to establish that I’m a big fan of Daniel Craig as Bond. So it surprises me that I don’t like the teaser poster for his latest outing as 007 in Skyfall. Every time I look at it I see an old man.
If you’d like to see a big as the Sky-fall version of the poster, you can thanks to the friendly folks at IMPAwards.

Since I wrote my opinion on the Skyfall poster, I see that the movie’s teaser trailer was released. Now that, I like. Maybe because Daniel Craig looked more like Bond than some old guy dressed as Bond.

Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees died yesterday after a long battle with cancer. He was 62.
I’ve always been a Bee Gees fan. I liked their music before the disco craze hit, loved the stuff that they did during it, and continued to enjoy their work even after it was no longer cool to do so. One of my stations on Pandora is named Bee Gees Radio. 62 is way too young to die.
We’ve lost another talent, but as cliche as it sounds, the music will live on. Our prayers go out to Robin Gibb’s family, friends and fans.

This latest poster for Prometheus just makes me want to see it even more.
A big thank you and can we get a new way home to IMPAwards.

Today we have Sly as Barney Ross by Shawn Surface. Shawn is an all-around nice guy and his art should be getting more attention. This is the second of three pieces that I recently picked up from Shawn. Here’s the first of my recent Shawn Surface purchases, and the third will be posted in the coming weeks. Until then, why not check out his site and give him some love?

Have you seen this trailer for comic book character Green Arrow’s adaptation into a tv series called Arrow? It was a smart move to shorten the name to Arrow. Now let’s hope that they avoid the use of “trick” arrows and they might have something. I think it looks interesting enough to check it out.
Thanks and a pull of the quiver to CBR.

This may be the best news of the day, perhaps the week: Mickey Rourke [Marv] and Jessica Alba [Nancy] are set to return to Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For, The movie will begin filming in 3D later this summer for an October 4, 2013 release.

Donna Summer passed away today after an extended battle with lung cancer. Ms. Summer was 63.
Donna Summer was known as the Queen of Disco and rightly so. She rose to fame in the 1970’s and helped lead a generation into the disco craze. In 1975, she co-wrote and performed her first hit, Love to Love You Baby which shot up the charts. Hit after hit followed.
Ms. Summer had 19 number one hits on the dance charts. She was the first female singer to have four number one singles in a 13 month period, had three consecutive double LPs to hit #1 on the charts, and she won five Grammys. Donna Summer’s music helped define the Disco era.
I always liked Donna Summer’s music. I can remember being in Camelot Music the first time I heard her sing, Love to Love You, Baby. The song came on and she started singing and I was hooked… along with a generation of music lovers.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Donna Summer’s family, friends and fans.

Have you seen the trailer for the new series, Revolution, coming from JJ Abrams on NBC? It looks interesting enough to draw me in, but I truly hope that it doesn’t become a series totally about the search for the lost brother who may have the key to getting the lights back on.

Yep. I read it wrong. Two, maybe three times.

Although I enjoyed the first season of Falling Skies, I didn’t care for the final scene of the last show of the season. Still, I’m more than willing to come back for season two and see where the final scene leads.
Entertainment Weekly just posted some new teaser posters for Falling Skies season two. My favorite is shown above.
Falling Skies season two premieres on TNT on June 17 at 9pm.

Today’s Rocky and Adrian drawing above was created by the uber talented Chris Brunner at last year’s Heroes Con. I’m a huge fan and it was a joy to get a second piece from Chris for my collection. He did my first piece from him back in 2003!
You can see more of Chris’ art at his site.

While we’re on the topic of cool movie posters, how about this sweet teaser for Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For?
There’s speculation that it could be fan-made, but even if it turns out to be, I’m still diggin’ it.

Here’s the latest international poster for Expendables 2. Schwarzenegger – Stallone – Willis… an action fan’s Holy Trinity.
Thanks and a top o’ the beret to IMPAwards where you can see am Expendables-expandable-sized version of this poster.

I’m diggin’ the new international poster for Prometheus and am really looking forward to the movie experience.
Thanks and a tip o’ the space helmet to IMPAwards.
