Barry Windsor-Smith Rare Barbarian Art!

One of the cool things about social media is finding something that you’ve never seen.  For example, this Barry Windsor-Smith piece above.  Was it an unused cover/painting concept?  Is the character Conan?  I don’t know, but I am happy to see it.
