The Black Terror by Dan Brereton!

That’s the Black Terror by Dan Brereton.  I’m a huge fan of the limited series that he and writers Beau Smith and Charles Dixon created by in 1989 for Eclipse Comics.  That is a series that is way overdue for a nice compilation.
