That’s the cover to Conan: Road of Kings #7 with art by Aleksi Briclot.  Although I’m not familiar with Briclot’s art, it didn’t stop me from choosing his Conan cover as my favorite from Dark Horse Comics August solicitations.

Conan: Road of Kings #7 was written by Roy Thomas, with interior art by Mike Hawthorne (pencils),  John Lucas (inks) and Dan Jackson (colors).
