Judgment is Coming – Don’t Dredd It
The buzz on the new Dredd film is that it’s a throwback to the action films of the 80’s (where have we heard that before?), very violent (well, it is Judge Dredd after all) and very good (one can hope).

This is going to premiere at the midnight madness for TIFF so I am hoping to check it out.
Glaring issue in an article I read about this one compared to the original, or, a quote from Urban on why he didn’t like the fact that Sly took the helmet off.
Well, this is a film we are talking about. Sly is a huge star and stars sell films. Yes, it would be an artistic risk to have had Sly not take off the helmet, but, Sly’s face sells tickets. I personally did not mind Rob Schneider, he was very toned down compared to other roles I have seen him in.
