Eminem has denied “Weird Al” Yankovic permission to do a video parody of his hit “Lose Yourself.” Eminem gave his permission to a ‘Lose Yourself’ parody song but drew the line at the video because “he felt that a Weird Al video would somehow detract from his legacy or make him seem like a less serious hip-hop artist,” according to a statement by Weird Al. Seems Slim Shady is taking himself a bit too seriously.
